Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At Perfumalink, every fragrance is handcrafted in small batches and undergoes meticulous quality inspection before dispatch.
We understand that personal preference plays a significant role in perfumery, and we offer an exchange policy to ensure a satisfactory experience — while maintaining the integrity of our craft.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only for 50ML full-size perfume bottles, under the following conditions:

Timeframe

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@perfumalink.com with your order details.

Condition

The bottle must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products showing signs of use, tampering, or leakage will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

The customer must ship the product back to Perfumalink using a reliable, trackable courier service.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Perfumalink is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Inspection & Approval

Once the returned product reaches our facility, it undergoes quality inspection to confirm its condition.
Upon successful verification, an exchange will be processed for another fragrance of equal value.

Processing Time

Exchange approvals and dispatches are typically completed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned parcel.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Samples, Discovery Sets, or Trial Vials are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, as they are hygiene-sensitive and individually filled to order.

Damaged, Defective Or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, broken or wrong product, please record an unboxing video clearly showing the sealed parcel being opened.
Send the video to support@perfumalink.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Once verified, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

At Perfumalink, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered. This policy helps maintain the integrity, safety, and hygiene of our products—especially since perfumes and related items cannot be restocked or resold once opened or handled. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we gladly offer an exchange upon inspection. Our team ensures every product passes a thorough quality check before dispatch, so you can always shop with confidence knowing your fragrance arrives in perfect condition.
